Ben Toth, a proven connector and deal closer, is a highly creative real estate agent with two decades of experience in negotiation, collaboration, and process improvement. Prior to beginning his lucrative career in real estate, Ben worked as a celebrity musical director, composer, and vocal coach.
Ben has collaborated with an unprecedented list of VIPs; Kristin Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, and Mandy Patinkin, to name a few and brings his fine-tuned ability to listen, connect, and produce to his work in residential and commercial real estate. Current and past clients include Rosie O’Donnell, Lea Salonga, Itamar Moses, Amanda Petrusich, and Jena Friedman. Ben utilizes his rich background in management positions and his international expertise to develop meaningful, value-adding, and profitable expansion for his clients.
Beyond his thriving career in real estate, Ben's talents as a connector have also extended to consulting for various businesses, spanning merchandise companies for celebrities, organizing gratitude dinners for executives, collaborating with a luxury CBD brand, and more. One notable highlight showcases his expertise—an 8-month merchandise campaign that he orchestrated for the cast of
FRIENDS, marking the cast's first venture into merchandising in 27 years since the show concluded.
Ben received a BA in Modern Art and Architecture from Brown University and studied composition, voice, and piano at the Eastman School of Music. After living in NYC for nearly two decades, Ben is now based in Berlin, Germany, and partners with fellow Team VIA Co-Founder Chris Farber on every deal. Thanks to their time zone differences, Ben and Chris only half-joke that they work 21 hours a day; one of them is always at the helm, following up and following through for their clients. When not working, Ben overindulges his two rescue cats, Emma Goldman and E.L. Doctorow.
